Refund Policy

At Sanjay Goyal Web Services, we aim to provide complete satisfaction with our digital and web services. However, if a situation arises where a refund is applicable, the following policy will apply.

  • General Conditions
  • • Refunds are considered only for payments made directly to Sanjay Goyal Web Services for specific projects or services.
    • Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email with valid reasons for the request.
    • Refunds are applicable only in special cases such as duplicate payments or project cancellation before work commencement.

  • Non-Refundable Cases
  • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
    • If the project work has already started, design or development has been initiated, or any resources have been allocated.
    • If the delay in project delivery is due to client-side communication gaps, incomplete data, or scope changes.
    • If the project has been completed or delivered as per the agreed scope.

  • Refund Processing
  • • Approved refunds will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used during the original transaction.
    • All approved refunds will be credited within 5 to 6 business days after confirmation.
    • The company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
